about
I am a native Californian – grew up in Vacaville, moved to Sacramento for high school, then on to Northridge for college. My wife and I met and married there, then moved back up to the capitol until 2001. It was in that year we and our kids made Tennessee our home.
I work for LifeWay Christian Resources as an internet editor, publishing content and managing e-newsletters.
Temple Baptist Seminary is where I’m pursuing Master’s degree in Biblical Studies. My goal is to be a teacher of the Bible wherever and to whomever God places me.
I’m an avid community theatre participant, having appeared in productions at Pull-Tight Theatre, Towne Centre Theatre, and Old School Theatre. On couple of occasions I’ve led workshops in accents and dialects for the stage, and I’m available for one-on-one coaching in this skill.
My written work has appeared in publications from Focus on the Family and LifeWay.
